2005 grand Cherokee, finely the car is stated, minus grand.
double posted, but this time miles added
why ask us, we did do the work.???
read the bill yet? see what parts changed,, or ask them?
just a tune up, does not change the .
the cluster must match the PCM /BCM brains
or bad happens'

when you turn key on,the PCM asks the cluster form miles
if they dont agree, it assumes car is being hacked.
(a USA law and all that)

now my wild and useless guess
the shop (unnamed) did a factory flash, update. per jeeps
recommendations, (safety or a recall mandated)
and did it wrong.

why ask us,. ASK THEM !!!

If you had the tune up done at any place other than an accredited service centre , I would guess the answer is that the console was changed so that another car showed a lesser mileage that was actual recorded

While driving my 2000 jeep grand cherokee laredo sometimes it will start stalling and all my gauges go to zero then go back up now my odometer says done what can the problem be?

i would see if you have a friend with a code reader that will plug into the obd2 port to read the computer. it sounds like the computer was trying to run a self diagnosis program which shouldt happen unprompted.

Transmission Slight Jerking When Slowing & Accelerating

Have you changed the trasmission fluid and filter in your jeep lately, if not do so and that just might stop the jerking in your jeep, and if that does not do the trick you will need to have your trasmission checked out by a trasmission shop.

Difficulty starting, backfiring, etc. then runs smooth when warm

is this a 6cyl?
have you had the fuel pressure checked?
have you had a combustion chamber cleaning done?
have codes been read?
coolant sensor and air temp sensor checked?
