Question about 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Front speakers donot work 1999 cherokee , only rear speakers
Chrysler in their goal to make a buck put splices inside the rubber tube between the door and the a pillar on later Cherokee's. This is to spit the harness between the main door speakers and optional tweeters. The plugs for the tweeters will be there no matter if you have them or not. These connectors make the wires more susceptible to breakage. Have a stereo shop rewire your front speakers.

Check your fuses, it may have separate fuses for front and rear.
