1995 Dodge Neon Intermitantly does not start due to no fuel

My 1995 Neon is a single overhead cam with 230,000km.

I have replaced the fuel pump twice.

It works for a few weeks and then intermitantly does not start due to no fuel and progressively gets worse to the point of not starting at all.

I have also replaced the crank sensor & wiring and the cam sensor & wiring and this had no effect on the problem it still won't start!

Please Help!

First of all, you should not hve to replace a fuel pump that offen. You should check for possible contamination in you fuel tank, like rust that will inhabit the fuel pump causing it to blog up and or burning the pump out to fuel starvation or over working to get the fuel pressure to the reguired psi. You may also have a cloaged fuel filter that will result in the same. You can check for these conditions by sampling the fuel prior to the fuel rail or throttle body if you know how. If you don't know how, it's best to leave this problem upto a qualified technician.

I have a 1995 dodge neon 2.0 single overhead cam and I was replacing the crank sensor and it broke off into block How can I get it out? Help Me PLEASE!

Need more info....Did it break off because of being factory crossthreaded or was it just a freak accident ?....They make easy out tools for that but you have to carefully drill through it...Can you not get vise-grips on it ...or is it broken flush flat with the block...In any case you need to start spraying it with PB Blast to help loosen it up...Dont use is no good...SPray wih PB Blast let set off and on for a few hours ...Maybe even let set overnight and soak if it is that bad...However you need to let me know how bad it is and I will help guide you through it...After 7 at night.......Want to help..Level 2 Chrysler Tech....Metalpoet

We replaced the Water pump and Timing belt on a 1999 Plymouth Neon 2.0 Single Overhead Cam Engine. Engine Cranks, Is getting Fuel...but no spark. We changed the Coil Pack. It still cranks, but no...

If its not getting spark the choices are limited. You already replaced the coil pack so whats left is ignition module, crank sensor, knock sensor, cam sensor, or the timing was not was not set properly when putting it back together. Any one of those would create a no spark situation.
