Question about 2004 Nissan Sentra
Go down about a inch on the tube and drill two small holes horizontally to fit a metal coat hanger thru. Put the hanger thru and wrap it tight. Next bring your hood down half way and wrap the other end of the hanger tightly around the hood latch. A couple of quick pushes up on the hood will pop the tube out. Dealer price to replace the dipstck about $15. To replace the tube about $40

Needle nose plyers.
If those wont reach in far enough - you might have to remove the dipstick tube..

Happens all the time. Get a dowel (smaller than the dipstick tube) and some crazy glue. Put a small amount of glue on the tip of the dowel. place the dowel in the tube and leave for 1 minute. quickly pull up on the dowel and the stick will pop out with it. Other solution is using a suction gun (used to add differental fluid and place the hose over the dipstick. quickly pull back on the handle adn the tube should come out.

Put crazy glue on top of q-tip and insert in the tube and allow a few minutes to dry and remove. If the dip stick is further down try putting crazy glue on tip of a thin and long paint brush and do the same thing.
