Hi,

I would check n replace the fuel filter if needed. Also, it could be one of the spark plugs. Was it running before? Can you think of anything that happened or changed recently?

Ok I am wondering if my motor in my 91 gmc 5.7 l b8 is a vortec or a 350 it has throttle body carb and not sure thought if I could interchange it with an older 350 ..

Here, is what I think you are asking. The TBI intake from a 91 will fit the same size engine from 88 to 95. The Vortec didn't come out till 96 I believe. So if your 91 is the original engine then it is not a Vortec motor. If you want to swap your 5.7 with another 5.7 (5.7 = 350) Then the 88-95 should work, Just double check your sensors and locations as the plugs may be different and or in different locations. I know my 88 GMC and my 94 chevy (both K1500's) were a little different. Hope this helps.

Where can i find a fuel injeckter on a 2000 gmc jimmy

Your vehical uses Throttle body injection (TBI). Which is just like a regular caburator, except with 2 injectors inside. Follow the big tube from the air cleaner to center of engine, remove and underneath is your carb and injectors. Hope this helps.

Not recieving gas to crank.

You jimmy has no throttle body, the injectors are in the intake manifold in front of the intake ports. To have them activate, you need 62 to 65 PSI at the shredder valve. Anything different will not activate the injectors and DO NOT TRY TO START THE ENGINE BY PORING GAS THROUGH THE THROTTLE BODY. It's been know for the gas to catch fire and burn up the poppet valves, (fuel injectors) which will result in a $1,500 Spider injector replacement. If you do not have the proper fuel pressure, chances are the fuel pump will need to be replaced. When replacing the fuel pump, replace the wire harness from the fuel pump to the frame, it's only $12.00 and will keep the gremlins away. Good luck and keep me posted, the other thing too that would cause the injectors not to fire is a bad ignition modulator with is located under the rotor in the distributor. Keep me posted, be glad to help you get your jimmy running again soon.

Replacing the o rings on a 95 chevy s10 2.2

The Injectors are right there in opening of the throttle body. There are not individual injectors for each cylinder.
There 2 or 4 injectors that spray the gas right on top the throttle plate. The entire manifold is filled with the gas/air mixture.

Fuel injectors not getting power (1990 GMC Jimmy 4.3L)

Computer maybe, but it's not the most common failure. There is a hall switch and a "pole piece" on the shaft of the distributor just under the rotor. The ignition module just to the side of them usually affects spark. Sometimes it's easier to swap the distributor assembly if you know the procedure.

My 1995 Gmc Jimmy has a miss in the engine?

It sounds like you need a tune up, Spark plugs and wire and cap and rotor, fuel filter and clean the EGR Valve. I'ld say the EGR valve is dirty with carbon which is common in the 95 JIMMY"S and BLAZER"S which also means the throttle body needs to be sprayed down with throttle body cleaner, not carb cleaner since it's to corrosive to the gasket on the throttle body. Keep me posted, be glad to answer any questions you may have and good luck friend.
