It is obvious that the problem is not occuring when the dealer has the car, when it acts up drive to the dealer and have them bring out a tech to verify the problem does exist, he ten can call the factory engeneers and they can sort theis problem out, it may be the control head or a low system charge or a defective temp sensor for the air temp in the car..

I have a Honda accord you can turn the fan on but there's no ac or heat

No heat could be the heater core is plugged and needs flushing out. Or the control that opens the valve is not working. --- No AC could be the drive belt is broken or the AC clutch quit or the freon is low in the system.

Parking lamps and tail lamps blows fuse, dash lights don't work

First thing I would check is all frame grounds... like the negative battery cable and the grounding strap on the passenger side motor Mount to the wheel hub. In any electrical system, lights draw more current than anything (except the battery) when you turn them on... Check the grounds!

How to engage ac clutch on a 2004 honda accord

Clutch is controlled by dash board switches and a relay. If the clutch does not engage it could be due to low freon. You can get a recharge kit with a gauge at your local auto parts store.

2004 honda accord wont come out of park. Starts fine. Brake is pushed, etc. Daughters car and Im in another state right now.

Do the brake lights work, if not you need a brake light switch. The brake switch controls the interlock system which prevents you from shifting out of park without your foot on the brake.

In park rpm goes from 1100 to 2000

Hondas will have a surging idle when way low on coolant. Maybe this is the whole problem. Check the heater hoses for a hole. (passenger side rear of engine.)
