Question about Chrysler PT Cruiser
If it's water, not coolant, it's likely some residual sloshing around in the bottom of the heater box. If antifreeze, you need to look and find the source.

If it is ONLY water, also take note if it happens only when the A/C is on. This could be a possible condensation condition which is expected when the air is chilled inside the vehicle. This water drains from inside the car from the chiller.
