Codes p0300 random misfire, p0302-0304 misfire cylinder 2-4. P0133 o2 circuit slow response bank 1 sensor 1. P1176, P1300, P1580, P1543, B0423 r make specific which you didn't say this would cause the problems you are having.
code p1580 refers tothrottle motor, bank, 1--TPM/ISC--circuit malfunction===causes --wiring--connections--throttle motor---ECM I suggest that you have the throttle motor checked out and replaced if necessary
Your code relates to throttle motor bank 1 circuit mallfunction, this can be caused either by a wiring fault, the throttle motor itself, or ECM the most common fault is the air flow meter also called air mass meter
I would worry or be concerned about the code. The code is about the throttle sensor or actuator. If the sensor is faulty or the computer is not getting a good signal from the sensor it does not know what the throttle position is. You might try resetting the throttle position - clear the code, key on but don't start, hold pedal to the floor, key off.
P1582- Idle Adaptation At Limit
0103- I believe is a MAF code and that is your air sensing system. could be not getting enough air. this one is not on the list.
P1613- MIL Call-Up Circuit Open/Short To Positive
P1580- Throttle Actuator B1 Malfunction
Here is the link I go the codes from so if you need it for future reference.
