More here, but the TCM is not something you say "I think I'll put a new one in my car". You need an auto electrician or a transmission specialist to connect a scan tool computer and diagnose. The issue is more likely shift solenoids than the TCM.

In order to test the ground side of the PCM control on your 2013 Nissan Rogue SV, you need to locate the PCM ground terminal and test it with a multi-meter. If the ground is working correctly, the multi-meter should show a voltage of 0V. If there is a voltage present, then you may need to replace the PCM ground terminal.

F26 probably, but in reality, the solenoids are controlled by the PCM on instructions from the ECM.
