How i fix the headlight bulb always busted due to over current of alternator is that a relay problem? when i change with new bulb even if the engine is in idle and suddenly it will turn fast thats the

it is not the relay but the regulator that is allowing a surge of excess volts. this excess voltage increases the current and that is what is blowing the bulbs. Have the alternator bench tested along with the regulator.

Alternator changed, now car will not start

Check cable between engine/gearbox and chasis, or bypass this cable during jump starting,by putting the - jump cable on the engine, if it starts your cable between engine and chasis has a bad connection.

Good luck

Have you purchased the replacement? If so you should check it for the location of the third bolt, most do have 3. Have you considered going through the wheel well, tire off?

Do you need to remove oil pan to remove timing chain cover on a 2000 Cavalier 2.2?

no, here is the procedure. Please let me know if you have more questions.

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

2.2L Engine
  1. Remove the serpentine belt and tensioner.

Although not absolutely necessary, removal of the right front inner fender splash shield will facilitate access to the front cover.
  1. Install a suitable engine support fixture.
  2. Remove the engine mount assembly.
  3. Remove the alternator rear brace, then remove the alternator.
  4. Remove the power steering pump, then position it aside with the lines still attached.
  5. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  6. Remove the front two oil pan bolts.
  7. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
  8. Unfasten the front cover-to-block bolts and then remove the front cover. If the front cover is difficult to remove, use a plastic mallet to carefully loosen the cover.

Do you absolutely have to remove the dash when removing and installing a heater core?

Unfortunately, yes. Your only other alternative is to go in from the other side, which would require removing the rear half of the engine, and since the heater core is located inside the firewall/dash, you would end up taking the dash out anyway.

My 1999 chrysler the lights dim when i shift it to drive

The alternator is most likely the culprit.
However before absolutely coming to that conclusion: MAKE SURE you check the connections, and check those for tightness, cleanliness, corrosion and oxidation. Disconnect the wiring, clean, brush with metal brush, and reconnect.
A quick way to check if the alternator is failing:
Start the engine.
Turn on the Headlights.
Remove the Negative Side Wire Connection on the Battery.
If the Engine dies when you remove the Wire, the alternator is dead or dying enough - and needs to be replaced.
