I should've mention the noise is not continuous. It will groan for a few seconds, then go away.

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with a diagram of a 2004 Kia Sedona air conditioning system

As you were not specific as to which part of the 2004 Kia Sedona air conditioning system you were referring to I included a link from which I obtained the below diagrams. I hope I included something that may be helpful.

My fly wheel to the air conditioner dont move on my 2003 kia sedona

There is no fly wheel on the AC compressor, however there is a clutch assembly that in gages and dis in gages when the Ac is turned on, if it does not spin when the A/C is no it is most commonly caused low refrigerant in the Air conditioning system. The system will have to be tested for leaks and repairs made and maybe a low pressure switch replaced in order to fix this.

2004 Sedona Front brakes making noise

it sounds like it is in the pads and rotors they might be in servicable condition but if they have ever gotten hot they can start making noises and make stopping a little bit harder.

Air conditioner started blowing hot air

Either AC compressor or AC clutch failure or both highly likely as Kia Sedona has notable history of this

Sure, one might trace the wire that connects to the compressor, and while its challenging to reach without removal of both fans, it does follow upward into the engine wiring harness. At that point its much more convenient to push a needle into the wire and connect a meter to it to see if it is energized when AC selector on, cabin fan on and cabin thermostat set to coldest setting.

If no voltage then check fuses and try swapping idential relays in the engine compartment box to be sure. If voltage present, then assume the worst.

More important is why the failure. I'm convinced a design error by Kia relative to the suction or low pressure hose is the root cause of such frequent AC compressor or AC clutch failures. You can buy a new Kia OEM suction hose, position it for to install and observe immediate kinking and or collapse. Kia has likely long been aware of this problem but never conducted a recall. You can solve it permanently, toss your existing suction hose and buy this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=181880844799

If you buy a "Tough One" brand replacement compressor and filter/dryer together from Advance Auto Parts it has a lifetime replacement warranty. No other compressor is sold with a lifetime warant for a Kia Sedona, not even from Kia itself.

there is a lot of air condition cleaning products on the market
I use one in particular in my own vehicle that is a grenade type spray bottle that you break the top off
Turn your AC full blast throw the spray bottle in the car close the doors and leave it for about 20 mins . This cleans the vents and any mould that is in the system.

Air conditioning electrical diagram for 2004 kia sedona

I also have a 2004 Kia sedona with approx. 80,000 miles on it. The air conditing system stopped blowing cool air into the car. The fan would work, but would not blow cool air. After doing a lot of research. After trying to find a car repair manual or diagrams for the Kia Sedona with no luck. We ended up taking it to our machanic. He then replaced the compressor and it is working fine now. I now know that this is common for the compressor to go out on this van.
