So I have a 2002 jeep liberty it bogs at 2500 rpms when gas tank is full and when its empty it drives good what is the issue? I can't figure this out.

Did you try loosening the gas cap? If it behaves differently, never mind the engine light for the moment, but does the performance improve any? If so, replace the gas cap or make certain it is tight after fueling. Let us know if this helps or fixes the issue.

My 2002 jeep liberty 4x4 bogs down and jerks when i press gas pedal

I would get it scanned to see if there is any fault code set. Also measure the fuel pressure, which should be aroun 45 PSI.

89 jeep cherokee 4.0 it bogs down and will accelerate in drive

Make sure that the timing is correct and that the spark from the coil is healthy. Problem can also be with the overdrive in the converter. If it's stuck on it can do that too.
