Question about Dodge Intrepid

My fans work when bench tested but do not always work in the car.

My fans work when bench tested but do not always turn on causing A/C to not work properly due to overheating. Need to locate the relays for the fans to check them. Anyone know where they are and how many there are?

What can I do to fix both of the cooling fans don't work kia spectra 2004 manual 2.0 is overheating

fan should be a designated relay
one fan cools the engine
other fan is for air conditioning condenser
if no better
check for 12 volts to the fans
you bench test both fans to see if the spin fast enough

03 corolla fan not working with ac on or with high temp

Check all the terminals voltage whether are all the same as your
main battery terminal. I mean the voltage(s) of the fan socket and
the relay main sockets. If any one of the terminals' voltage is less,
the fan won't work. So check the wire line for any resistance that
create and bring down the voltage.

Is my starter bad? When trying to start I hear a single click. Voltmeter shows a drop from about 12V to 8-9V while turning. Starter motor gets really hot, load wires between battery and starter get so...

check to see if you can turn the engine over by hand it maybe siezed and not turn over.this can cause this type of starter problem and voltage drop.check all grounds from the battery to engine block and body under the hood,if you have a bad ground it can cause a similar type problem.

How can I test a Mercedes 2002 C240 Cooling fan on the bench?

Connect 2 wires to fan plug, w/ other end of wires touch to battery terminals (disconnect battery to make sure you don't accidentally touch the wires together while doing this, as you can damage the electrical system). When you touch to the batt. terminals, the fan should kick on. If it doesn't, the fan motor is shot, if it does turn on, it is a relay that is bad, not signaling the fan to turn on when it should (as engine temp goes up).

Turn key wont start, new battery, good fuses, bench test starter ok?

Have you tried shifting into neutral to start? If yes then perhaps the key switch is bad. One other thing to check would be the starter relay.
