Question about 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
We replaced the front rotors with new ones, had the back ones turned, put all new pads all around and rotated the tires. We are still having the same problem any suggestions as to what to try next
Disconnect the connector at the ABS module or remove the ABS relay. Your ABS lights will be on. Test drive the car with the ABS disconnected to rule out the ABS Motor.

You installed warped rotors....it happens ....machine or replace rotors once again...There is a minimum thickness so be sure to install rotors that exceed this amount.
