If it's the terminal on the battery, the top post or the side terminal where the cable connects, it is not replaceable. You'll need a new battery. If the problem is the battery terminal and the battery has side and top posts, the cable can be transferred from one to the other with a new cable connector which can be purchased in any auto parts store. All the parts that connect the cable to the battery are replaceable, if there is a good deal of corrosion on the cable connector. But, the terminals on the battery itself are not replaceable..

well..14v at terminals is float voltage..the lights will drain into the reserve..sounds like your battery needs a nice long deep charging session..try that first..

Washer pump not working in my 2004 nissan sentra

Hi,
If the washer don't pump, try to directly connect the ( + ) positive terminal, red wire, to the battery ( + ) terminal, if t pumps up. Means your motor pump still works and the switch or the wire is not functioning.
Don't worry, the motor pump can be replace, so its much cheaper than the whole assembly.
You could order the part in your nearest Nissan parts dealer!
Hope that wash away your problem!
Thanks for using Fixya!

Brake and Battery dashboard lights coming on at same time

Check looseness or corrosion on the leads and wiring at the battery terminals. Check for looseness or corrosion on the alternator connectors. With vehicle started and reved to 2000RPM, use a voltmeter to measure voltage and that measurement should be between 13.5-14.8. If you're unable to achieve this voltage have your alternator checked at autozone or advance auto, its free. Hopefully this helps

My positive batery cable is very corroded while driveing the other day it shut off now it will turn over but wont start

You need to replace the terminals on the battery leads and clean the terminals on the battery, baking soda and water, along with a good scrubbing with a wire brush should do it. That could also work with the cable terminals. Check the power going to the starter and starter solenoid for corrosion also.
