You will need to replace the blower motor speed control resistor, it is located on the outside of the air duct near the blower motor.

This is a problem with your cooling unit and it needs to be taken to a shop to get fixed. Different variables could be involved in why it is doing this.

My truck is a 99 gmc sonoma and it has 2 high velocity drive shaft yokes on it, and the rear one went last night. can i put a regular drive shaft on? or do i need to put one in with the high velocity...

Hello, the constant velocity joint shaft was used to remove vibration in this wheelbase truck. sometimes it worked well, sometimes it made matters worse. You can replace this shaft with a 1 piece, 2 joint shaft, and not have any safety issues, as long as the correct length shaft is used. I have seen some vibration issues doing this, but I have also seen this work without an issue. You can buy constant velocity joints still, in case you want to have yours rebuilt. Good luck...Coop

2005 Dodge Dakota AC and Heater both dead but the blower works!

I would suggest changing the control head. You should be able to source a used unit from a local salvage yard.

My problem with the AC is a little different but I bet it the same solution. The AC blower mudule. When mind went bad my blower would not turn on. It's about a $85.00 part and about $75.00 to have it put in. And hard to get a hold of. Good luck!

1994 Hyundai Excel Air conditioning RADIATOR´S FAN works always very fast

this not really a problem as the fan speed is controlled by the high preasure switch in the ac system the hotter it is outside the higher the preassure will be in the system as hot as its been the preasure is high already when the compressor cycles it pulls suction on one side and outputs high preasure on the other the fans cool the condenser the higher the ambient temp the faster they go so all is fine...
