Tighten cylinder head bolts in three stages in the sequence indicated
10--4--2--6--8
7--5--1--3--9
Tighten in the following stages
STAGE 1 ------------20 Nm 14.75 lb
STAGE 2--------------40 Nm 29.51 lb
STAGE 3 Turn head of bolt 90 degrees of rotation.

if that knob has 2 wires going to it u can join the 2 wires together or touch them together to deactivate immobiliser , the knob is a switch that either connects the 2 wires or disconnects them when pushed ,if there are more than 2 wires i would need to know the colours and how many there are
first check your battery terminals for looseness whether insolation caused acid corrosion ,if ok check all your fuses mainly in engine compartment,if ok check your ignition switch ,remove steering cover to observe any burns on all plugs connections
