You are going to have to replace the brake hydrobooster, it is defective, the pressure relief ball is stuck and that is why the system builds so much pressure it blows the lines off.

Brake diagram

cause by:
1: breach in system, see DOT3/4 fluid on pavement or on fire wall
next to MC? front and Rear !!! on inside of tire walls?
2: MC end of lie.
got ABS , you did not say.
my guess, not , it started in 1996, but some cars 91.(have one)

3: air in the system. end to end.
usually caused by removing parts, and not bleeding system

MC = master cyclinder the pedal connects to.

My 2000 ford has had a clear liquid leak, what can it be?

If it is clear water, and its leaking onto the ground, and you are running the ac, its condensation from the ac.

Brake fluid leaking and a puddle on ground just under drivers seat.need to refill fluid res to fix?no brakes after leaking awhile.

look in that area when brakes are pushed, sounds like the brake line has a hole in it, and needs replaced or repaired. good-luck!!

This car is new to me had work done on stearing last weak ? what kind of fluid dose it need for powerstearing I have heard it is not same as most cars it started making noise when turning after 200 miles...

no no no and not use brake fluid in the steering, this will eat away the seals and blow the system no way should brake fluid be used, you use auto transmission fluid or correct stearing fluid normally dexron2 but no brake fluid...hope this helps

Loss of power stearing and fluid

Basic visual troubleshooting is going to be required. If the fluid falls to the ground with the engine off, then the fluid reservior is the first suspect along with the return hose. If you only have this during engine on, the supply or pressure hose would be suspect. ARE all hoses and fitting installed and tight?

the hyrdra boost supplies pressure to these systems, that is done throught the power steering pump, the line or the pump is defective, I would replace both.

1992 ford f150 transmission leak on top out of small valve any opinions

more than likely your torque converter. best way to find out is to clean everything off, let me say this so there is no confusion. CLEAN EVERTHING OFF! get some carborator cleaner or something like it ie break cleaner and really clean everthing. get it all new looking. then you can look for blown out seals at the same time. Once it is clean and you don't see any leaks just wait. You may need to put some papers under the car and wait to see where the leak is coming from. Also, if you havent done this make sure the transmission is full, make sure the leak is made up of red fluid. Also no Fords use Transmission fluid in the Power Steering. Check all of this out also. If it uses transmission fluid, check your rack and pinion to see if it is leaking. Fords as much as I love them are famous for blowing rack and pinion, and power stearing lines.

hope this helps.
