I would worry that the difference in body weight will give unexpected handling problems.

Can I swap front suspension strut assembly from1997 pontiac grandprix gtp to 1996 pontiac firebird trans Am

I don't think the strut will function correctly since the grand prix is heavier in front than the Trans Am is.

Can you swap the supercharger of 1997 pontiac grandprix gtp to1997 pontiac grandprix gt

Well yes and no, anything is possible with enough work and or money. You can install it on another vehicle but without proper tuning you will do damage to the engine ... that being said there are several ways to sort this out. Custom tuning and bigger injectors and a fuel controller with a boost sensor input would be good or if you can swap wiring and computers that would work as well but is a bit of an undertaking. And really it comes down to how much boost you plan on running if the supercharger has the stock pulley you might be able to just get away with a tune hope that helps .... ps apex fuel controllers are pretty cheap and fairly easy to install. Pss. Some will tell you to do a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator and bump fuel pressure up to compensate... In my experience I have found this approach doesn't work well at all and is pretty unreliable
