Dear Tryus,
Check the temperature of the coolant when the engine is hot and has been running, for about 10-15 minutes.
(You need to check the coolant temperature in the radiator.)
Rather than try to take the radiator cap off at that time, better to take it off when you first start the engine, so it does not blow up at you.
This should tell you what thermostat you have in the engine.
In most cases, there are 3 different temperature thermostats, a 160, a 180, and a 195.
It sound like you need to replace yours with a hotter thermostat.
God bless your efforts.

Make sure the radiator is full. Check with the engine cold, the radiator cap, not the overflow reservoir bottle.

If that doesn't fix it, it could be two further things, blend door activator servo problem, or a block heater core.

Setting the cadillacdeville to blow heat out the front vents

I have the same problem, My thoughts are that maybe the heater gets to hot to go through the vent so It goes through the front defroster/dashbored. Either way it still gets how enough to provide enough heat.

Will my 2004 cadillac deville start with 11.5 volts

Just not quite enough voltage there. You need to charge it up.
If the car was at normal operating temperature, that might just be enough to start it-but it's iffy.
Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.

Heater quit working, garage says it is the ACM module and the H Vac programmer. Looking at about 1300.00 to 1500.00 each to replace, plus labour. Why would both of these items need replacing ?

Its not likely. sounds like a scam. first things first make sure you have enough coolant/antifreeze or the heater wont work. its the most common problem .

My heater dont work it blow out air but there very lil heat

Check whether the heater core is clogged by feeling the two tubes at the firewall that lead to the heater core. If they are cool rather than hot when the car is at normal operating temperature, the heater core will have to be flushed out, or replaced.

If the two tubes at the firewall are hot, but the interior doesn't get heat, then a blend door problem may exist where it is at the wrong angle due to a faulty vacuum motor, or control for the vacuum motor.

Good luck on getting heat inside of your 1998 Cadillac Deville.

Can you tell me where to find my heatercore hoses on my 1994 cadillac sedan deville?

The heater-core hoses are usually paired together behind the engine, and they go through the firewall. Two rubber covers usually hold them tightly to the firewall. They are not that dificult to identify.
If your heater still works, they get quite hot, and you could feel them to further identify.

1995 cadillac deville 4.9 eng no heat

The heater in your car depends upon a flow of hot coolant going through the heater core in order to get hot air into the car. If the heater core is partially plugged, it will restrict the flow. If you have a head gasket that is putting exhaust into the cooling system, it will eventually get into the heater core. When this happens there is no coolant in the heater core to make the air warm. If the water pump vanes have corroded away the result will be very poor coolant circulation causing the heater to not blow hot air. If your car is equipped with a heater control valve that is not functioning properly, the coolant flow will be restricted. One or a combination of these factors is likely the culprit in your case.

Since you state the 2 things you ruled out, that leaves only the water pump. Is the car running hot? The thermostat may be sticking as well... but im leaning toward the pump.
