SOURCE: Leaky A/C system seals; doesn't hold coolant. Shouldn't this still be under warranty?

Your owners manual should clarify that, but I doubt it very much , unless you got a gold plan or something and are still within the perimeters.

SOURCE: when do you need axle seals replaced

You are crazy if you pay him that much. It probably should be done if the leak is bad, but that's a lot for the work. Find another mechanic.

Why do I have oil leaking around the egr valve?

Obviously, something besides oil is getting in the crankcase.
Since it isn't fuel, it is probably coolant.
This would be indicative of a leaking head gasket.
