It's the 15A HORN FUSE in the E/R fuse and relay box.

2009 Tucson. how do I get access to the horn switch?

If it is in the steering wheel pad you will have to remove the pad BUT you need to remove the power from and disable the SRS airbag system.

Possible short in horn switch, how do I access it?

Remove the horn pad assembly on the steering wheel. FIRST disable the SRS airbag system by disconnecting the fuse and battery cable for at least 10 minutes before removing pad from steering wheel.

2006 Hyundai Tucson Car - the battery is totally drained & dead so it wouldn't open with the remote opener. Now that we used the key when the car starts to get battery power back the alarm sounds...

this is for honda acura but it also might work for you too.
Open hood ensure new battery is disconnected.
Open main fuse panel cover under hood and remove horn relay (so you don't have to listen to the horn).
Use the key to lock the drivers door.
Connect the positive battery terminal.
Connect the negative battery terminal (security system will now activate, hazards lights will flash and horn would be going off if the relay was not removed).
Use the key to unlock the drivers door.
Get in, close drivers door.
Use the key to start the engine.
Security system will deactivate.
Get out of vehicle, reinstall horn relay, replace fuse panel cover, close hood.

My new tucson's interior lights do not go on when the doors open.

If none of the door switches trigger the interior light then check your interior light fuse on the fuse assembly located under the dash.
This could have failed usually a 10 A fuse.

Radio won't power up

With your key in the ignition, do not turn it, open the fuse panel by the drivers side door, pull out the 30amp P/CONN fuse at the very bottom (mine was in a weird yellow casing) then plug it back in. The disk drive of the radio should make a noise. Now start your Tuscon and turn on your radio.

Hyundai tucson 2007 rear door wont open, alarm switch, power switch and key will open all doors except rear.

Sounds like the acutator that pushes and pulls. either lost power or died. I would assumed died. U need to check to see if it is on a seperate fuse first, it may be. If the fuse is ok, remove the hatch inside plastic panel and arm and disarm the alarm. See if the actuator moves.
