Replaced the fuel pump. Car runs 10 min then shuts down. Acts like out of gas or pump. I wait 1 day and it starts fine for 10 min. I canhear the pump working.

Sounds like crud in the fuel line plugging the fuel filter. Since you didn't say if you replaced it, I would start there.

Run the fault codes and look for an EVAP problem not venting the tank
look also for a sensor problem that is failing from internal overheating problem from faulty components

replace fuse and relay.also check oil pressure switch.it controls fuel pump also. check fuel pump wires and fuel injector fuse .if all is good pcm could be faulty it controls fuel pump on .command circuit

Sounds like the module inside the distributor. Have to be replaced.

Sounds like fuel pump is bad. Running fuel low puts alot of strain on electric fuel pumps. The fuel acts as a coolant for the pump, that's why it's advisable to keep at least 1/2 tank. It sounds like your pump finally just gave up. Pump might be making noise but it could just be spinning and not pumping. Have someone test your fuel pressure to confirm.

I just recently have been fighting the same problem with the same make/model/year vehicle. For myself, I would drive off and on through the day and it would run fine. Then suddenly after a start it would run rough and die. I would have to wait 20 to 60 mins before it would start again. I had it checked and fuel pump was only putting out around 19 psi. It should be around 41 psi. Had fuel pump replaced and no more problems. Furthermore, now it runs so much better. It's funny how over time I didn't notice how the performance was slowly degrading. Unfortunaley fuel pumps for this car run around $300.

Fuel pressure intermittently drops causing sputter and die.


check for 12v constant at your fuel pump if you are not getting that replace your relay.
if you are getting 12 volts at your fuel pump the fuel pump is possible to run tuel it gets warm then shut down to a lower rpm I would then replace the fuel pump

run a scan tool on it and make sure there are no codes, if there is codes address those problems first, if no codes.. next time it won't start check for fuel preasure. it is probably a fuel pump getting ready to go out or they may be a large amount of something other than gas clogging the pick-up sock at bottom of fuel pump.
