The bulbshead lights keep going out,

If you are replacing the headlight bulbs and just a short time their bad again you need to change your techniquie in installing the bulbs. You can't touch the lens of the bulb with anything ( not your finger) or the bulb will overheat in operation and burn out. with the old bulb out and the pulg laying out to where you can get it or someone else holding it. Open the package the new bulb comes in so just the plug end sticks out of the package. holding the bulb by the package install the buld into tne socket and them hold the socket only to put it into the back of the headlight with out running into any thing as touching anything can cause the buld to fail/ If the light fixture is getting water or dirt inside of it it will need to be repalaced.

Changing the wiper blades

the instructions are written on the back of the new blade package. to reprint them here would be silly, if you cannot read them on the back of the package you cannot read them here either. so what you need to do is buy them at autozone or advance where they put them on for you. either that or scour the neighborhood for the 14 year old kid who sets up your clocks and TVs and have him do it.

I have a 1994 Dodge Ram B1500 Van. One of the dash lights is out. How do I change it?

If it's in a push button switch, you need to replace the switch. You can't replace the light in it. If it's behind the guage package, you can remove the two upper and two lower screws and pull out the guage package. You can get the peanut bulbs from the dealer or local parts place for a buck or two... You may need to remove the seedometer cable to pull out the guage package enought to get at the bulbs... A 4 out of 10 on the difficulty meter...
