70-75 foot pounds. Final torque must be reached in 3 equal steps, torque each to 25 foot pounds then 50 foot pounds, then 75 foot pounds. Recheck final torque in sequence.

Your best bet is check with a dealer. Its not that simple there is a torque sequence that has to be followed and on most engines you have to tighten and loosen the bolts 2 to 3 times before the gasket will seal correctly.It has to hold a lot of force back .

When engine cold idle ok drive and engine warm taking foot of petrol car cuts out


Sound to me like a faulty EGR Valve.If the valve is stuck open. But, before changing anything, please make sure you have no air leak from any of your vacuum hoses.

Big-end bearing stage 1: 14NM, stage 2: 28NM
