Rover 25 problems

the shudder is from either the front brake rotors or rear brake drums being warped. Probably the rear brake drums. People use the emergency brake as a parking brake, and when the brakes are hot, it warps the drums from the pressure. The "blades" sound is probably the starter ring gear, or the starter itself.

Wont start funny clicking sound when i turn the key ???

The clicking you are hearing, is the sound of a weak battery, Jump start the vehicle and take it to an AutoZone for a Charging System check.

Good Luck!!
