you may have an exhaust or manifold leak somewhere test it at a local shop

its very easy there is a black cover on the battery that sometimes wont fit the new battery don't worry about it there is a bolt holding down the battery to the tray 2 cables and it lifts up and out put the new battery in bolt it down install both cables and you're done

I would suggest going to Autozone. They will run diagnostics free of charge. The lights are on because of a bad sensor. Autozone will give you codes and the most likely cause for the lights to be on. Or you can let me know what the codes are and I will let you know what the possible problems could be.
