the door lock actuator is defective, they get really hard to move when they go bad, that is why the difficulty with the key.

Check the DAS fuse in the engine compartment first. You will have to completly remove the fuse covering ( phillips screws ) to access the DAS fues. Blue 15A also does the steering wheel unlock during this process and ignition will not turn. Also do you have a secondary spare key to try. There is a way to order a additional key and not a replacement key which need to be programmed. RE replacement key neeed to be programmed an additional key need to read off an start a new rolling code that you can do yourself

You have an aftermarket alarm (factory system did not have a "valet switch") Have it removed or replaced.
