do you have headlights ..interior lights . any bells or dingers working ?.........bad battery or associated cables /wires... recheck battery and wiring

i would start by checking the connections on the battery and having the battery tested, also why where you taking it to the shop?, if the connection are dirty a jump start wont work, they may look clean but loosen them and twist them on battery terminals to make good connection then tighten them ,and make sure battery is fully charged,

The only way to have the light reset is to take it to a tire shop or the dealer. Most of the time the system does not need reset, the actual sensor need replaced. The TPMS sensor only have a shelf life of 5 years if your lucky. With that said, I would first confirm that the tire pressures are set to 35 psi. IF the Low tire light is still on then I would take it to a tire shop or dealer to have the sensors checked. As for the Radio I have never seen the "tire mon" on it.
