Fuel pump(assist pump on tank has probably failed, making the main pump in frame work hard. But if it does this on both tanks,it is probably the high pressure pump on the frame.
Could also be bad fuel pressure regulator or vacuum line going to it.
There was also a problem with some year Fords tank selector valve below the frame malfunctioning. don-ohio (:^)

I have an Ignition Issue with a 1991 Mazda B2600i 4x4?

That sounds like either a fuel issue; too rich, or an air leak in the manifold.
If it were an ignition issue, it woukd cut out, not run rough.

Car: 94 Chevy caprice, 5.7L engine/port fuel injection Problem: very hard cold starts, rough idle at cold temperatures and stalling at low idle(when able to start after minutes of continuous cranking)...

Have your temp sensor checked. It may not be setting off a code but a sign of a failing temp sensor is hard starts, rough idle, until the car heats up. It sends a code to the ECM to help adjust fuel mixture. If it sends gals readings, the computer will adjust the fuel-air ratio and cause vehicle to run too lean until warmed up. Some people have had to keep pumping the gas pedal to keep it going from a bad temp sensor.

How do i get a 1986 ford f-150 with a efi 302 (5.0) engine and auto trans to restart after running out of fuel?

When you turn on the key, the fuel pump starts and runs for one second. Under normal circumstances this is long enough the bring the fuel pressure in the fuel rails up to spec. But it is not long enough once you run the fuel system dry. The easiest way to remedy this is to turn your key on and off six to eight times with 2~3secs interval. If there is no problem in the system, this will get the fuel pressure up in the rails and the engine will start.

Rough idle and lack of power

Since you have fuel injection for fuel delivery, something has to tell the system how long to have the fuel injectors open, and something has to tell the system when to activate each fuel injector ... unless you have throttle body injection. Do you know which type of fuel injection you have? I will need that answer above before telling you anything useful.

Truck cuts off while driving down the road.

Replace the TFI module. Ford back in 1986 thur 1993 had problems like the one you wrote about. TFI module gets hot and shuts car or truck off then when it cools sometmies starts and sometimes not.

Location of alternator 1986 ford f150 xlt lariat

Well first have you charged your battery back up, if so then try to by pass the ingintion switch by just connecting the two main post of the colenoid with a piece or wire, this creates a direct wire basically from your battery to your starter, if still no luck you will need a new starter located more to the drivers side close to right under the pedels on the bottom side of the truck.
