How do yah replace the the ignition barral in falcon

I assume you're talking about an older model falcon/antique? If so... Insert the key and push a paper clip/stiff wire into the hole on the front of the barrel close to the key slot. It should turn backwards I believe and slip right out.

Any idea where I can obtain a replacement plastic buttstock?

Hi Wyman:
Sounds more like a firearm than a car or truck.
I was given a pellet rifle with a broken (plastic) stock and fabricated a custom one from bondo and aluminum mesh as was unable to purchase one.
My guess is that they really are not interested in selling parts, just in getting you to buy a complete replacement.

does your car have a alarm system in it?

mabye the immobiliser kicks in you need to take the car to a car alarm place and get them to look at it

if you want to do it your self
on the lines going to the ignition barral are wires for starter and one for ignition
when wiring the alarm these wires are cut and then sent to the alarm control box
you need to find out which wires are which in the ignition barral and connect them normaly like they came out of factoryon a temporailly bais to see if this cures the problem

2000 Chrysler 300M CD player on strike

You will need to have the player repaired, but a new one! I really doubt, call your local dealer and ask for the number of the local company that is authorized to repair Chrysler /Dodge sound systems, do not go through the dealer, they will 2X the repair bill that the shop charges them, also you can check on the internet for automotive radio repair, call a few to get and idea of the cost, if they have exchange units inquire about this as well, fore warned is fore armed
