Might be faulty temp sensor telling the brain the engine is overheating any codes? take it to oreily and get them to give you a printout of codes

May have a vacuum leak somewhere these are sometimes hard to find. Start at the throttle body should be a couple lines there look for holes,cracks in the lines at throttle body and continue down the lines.

these newer vehicles have a cam sensor and a crank sensor, might just be a corrosion on the connector
Replaced cpositive crank pigtail 2 days ago. As one Wire pulled out of plug with ease. Replaced alternator. Charging at 14.19v. Kinda low. But charging. Cam sensor is intact. Obd reads low voltage and cooling fan sysyem error
there ya go control thinks its overheating cannot get a sig from temp sensor
