Those codes all deal with oxygen sensor #2 (after the catalytic converter) on bank #1. P0141 deals with the heater circuit of that sensor. I would start by checking the wiring to that sensor. The sensor itself could be bad. The catalytic converter could be also bad although that wouldn't explain the code P0141.
