1996 Honda integra auto wont change into 4th gear and the shift patterns on gear lever are wrong seems to go to third when in 2nd then back to 2nd when put in 3rd have checked solinoid filters,


check tranny fluid level, if not possible faulty transmission control module if not codes related to tranny or issues with shift solenoids

My 1991 Honda civic won't go into gear it seem like it do but it don't go no were wen out it in first gear


Have you checked transmission level very common when low wont change gear.

90 honda accord transmission wont shift into gears


Check your transmission fluid level first before doing anything else, and also note the color of the fluid. If it's dark then it needs to be changed. If it's low, you should do a transmission fluid change and fill it with 2.6 quarts of Hobda ATF fluid

I have a 95 honda accord and was having problems with slipping and taking longer to change gears so i changed the transmission and it was a little better for a while , now only reverse works... whats the...


IF THE OIL LEVEL IS LOW IT WILL SLIP.IF IT GOES INTO GEAR BUT WONT DRIVE THE CLUTCH PLATES ARE TOO WORN TO ENGAGE.THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED.THERE IS AN ADJUSTMENT BOLT ON THE GEAR BOX.BUT THIS HAS TO BE DONE BY SOMEONE WITH CORRECT TOOLS & KNOWLEDGE. GOOD LUCK......... MIKE.

D4 is slipping and not engaging. This means you need a transmission. you're losing a gear
