2001 Monte Carlo SS 92,000 have to add quart of oil every other month. Engine is very clean, no smell of burning old and no blue smoke and no leaks on the ground, Use total synthenic oil for high mileage...

No doubt valve seals, the oil gets burned so you usually can't see it.Normal for GM motors, actually the small amount of oil will help the longevity of the engine. They can be changed in a few hours but I would leave it alone. When they get really bad if the car sits and idles you will see some smoke. The seal is just a small o-ring ,they get brittle and fall off.The shop can use air pressure at the spark plug hole to keep the valve up,compress the valve spring and replace the seal.

95 monte carlo 110000kms has smoke/oil burning

If there is no blueish white smoke coming from the exhaust its more likely a leaking seal or gasket . also you can check the spark plugs for oil fouling they are also good indicators of how the engine is running . However unless you really want to fix the issues with this car I would look for another that doesn't smell like burning oil

What would cause engine to lock up on 95 monte carlo z34 has oil and not frozen

has oil and not frozen.
then how is the engine locking up.
maybe someone did spark plug wires and installed then with the wrong firing order.
causing the wrong cylinder to fire at the wrong time causing the piston to stop.

I have an coolant leak somewhere on the left side of the engine can you help me?

the intake manifold gaskets are FAMOUS for leaking. be sure that the oil pump drive o-ring is replaced when they do this job, its a source for oil leaks. A tune up is also a good idea, because the spark plugs and wires will be easier to access, and should only cost a little more in labor.

Oil leaking

well an oil leak can be a lot of things. Simple fix would be if you just had an oil change and the plug wasnt screwed in right. If not there may be broken seals, (hard to do but you may have even cracked teh oil pan). Maybe the oil filter needs to be checked. If you have a jack and are willing to do it yourself. Lift the car and check where its dirty with oil. follow that trail of oil to the source of the leak.

Monte Carlo fuel problem

Well its clear that you got oil leak

Here is a solution:
most likely the valve cover gasket is leaking. this is best case scenario. a fairly easy and inexpensive fix.

most other oil leaks are difficult to fix and very expensive.

-------------

edit.
you can get the gasket at a renault dealership. an auto parts store might have one, or can order you one. in the USA, there are very few renaults, so, most auto parts places would not stock parts for them. there is no demand.
