Lost of heating after 40 minutes of driving.

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer E Bauer. I warm up the truck and drive it tor about 40 minutes then there's no hot air coming out on the passenger side vents, there's only cold air. Driver side is nice and warm no issues. Any idea what might be the source of the problem. thanks

You have a dual range HVAC system. It has two blend doors in the HVAC box, and only the blend door for the driver's side is working properly. You will have to troubleshoot, and possibly replace the blend door actuator for the passenger side.

No A/C coming out of dash. It works through defrost vents and floor. Heard noise while driving: sounded like it was under dash. Chas.

Replace your blend door and actuator for the blend door and everything will work fine after that. This is a fairly common problem with all fords. The location is behind the glove box.
