NO POWER TO THIRD BRAKE LIGHT ON A 2007 PONTIAC G6

Stop Lamps
The brake pedal position sensor is used to sense the action of the driver application of the brake pedal. The brake pedal position sensor provides an analog voltage signal that will increase as the brake pedal is applied. The body control module (BCM) provides a low reference signal and a 5-volt reference voltage to the brake pedal position sensor. When the variable signal reaches a voltage threshold indicating the brakes have been applied, the BCM will apply battery positive voltage to the stop lamps, transmission control module (TCM), engine control module (ECM), and stop lamp relay coil side. When the stop lamp relay receives battery voltage from the BCM, the relay coil is energized and the stop lamp relay switch contacts close applying battery voltage through the STOP LP fuse to illuminate the center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL).

Ignition OFF, disconnect the stop lamp relay.
Ignition OFF, exterior lamps OFF, test for less than 5 ohms between the ground circuit terminal 86 and ground.
? If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance.
Ignition ON, verify that a test lamp does not illuminate between the control circuit terminal 87 and ground.
? If the test lamp illuminates, test the control circuit for a short to voltage.
Verify that a test lamp illuminates between the B+ circuit terminal 30 and ground.
? If the test lamp does not illuminate, test the B+ circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal and the B+ circuit fuse is open, test the control circuit terminal 87 for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, test or replace the stop lamp relay.
Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the CHMSL.
Ignition OFF, exterior lamps OFF, test for less than 5 ohms between the ground circuit terminal B and ground.
? If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance.
Connect the harness connector at the CHMSL.
Connect a 10A fused jumper wire between the B+ circuit terminal 30 and the control circuit terminal 87. Verify the CHMSL is illuminated.
? If the CHMSL does not illuminate, test the control circuit for an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the CHMSL.
Connect a test lamp between the control circuit terminal 85 and ground.
Ignition ON, command the stop lamps ON and OFF by applying and releasing the brake pedal. The test lamp should turn ON and OFF when changing between the commanded states.
? If the test lamp is always ON, test the control circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the BCM.
? If the test lamp is always OFF, test the control circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the BCM.
If all circuits test normal, test or replace the CHMSL.

DTC B3903 Stop Lamp Relay Circuit
The body control module (BCM) supplies voltage to the center high mount stop lamp (CHMSL) and the powertrain control module (PCM) when the stop lamps are active.

When stopped at a stop light my oil gauge goes down and my temperature gauge goes up on my 94 Chevy 1500 truck. I just changed the oil yesterday? What could it be?

Both issues could be normal to a degree. The engine temp would go up some when the truck stops moving, and the oil pressure would go down some when the engine returns to idle.
Are the two gauges reading out of normal range ?

Toyota4runner 1999

This is a normal action with brake systems. It may take a little longer for the brake fluid to return, releasing pressure in the system after hard braking maneuvers. I would not worry about this at all unless you feel it start to stick during normal operation.
