Right now either the cold or the starter is going out. My Caravan has a new battery, but turns over slowly due to the cold. I just jump it and it starts.
The noise is probably caused from air in the steering system. To bleed the air out of the system, start the engine and turn the steering wheel back and forth slowly, but do not turn it all the way to the steering stops. Continue to do this for several minutes. The air will slowly bleed out of the system. If that doesn't stop the noise, then it could be the belt slipping.
it will, but only slowly, you cannot use the auto fill pumps......the filler neck has a restrictor inside to stop people syphoning gas out/leaking when turned over....so fill it slowly...
If a deep moan as you turn the wheel. In particular when stopped or moving slowly. Occurs before you hit the stops (max turn). Then it is likely your power steering pump. Check fluid first.
If it is at maximum turn against the stops. It is likely your CV joints.
If it is while driving at normal speeds and through turns it is likely suspension related.

HMMMMM???? Number 9 fuse (10 amp) for mirrors, number 19 ,( 20 amp ) for wipers.... the one thing they have in common is the ignition switch. try slowly turning the key with the wipers turned on, if they start to run or stop running, the ign switch may be bad.
