In the steering column. The lever you move to activate your turn signals, high/low beam headlights, wipers and washers is part of the multifunction switch.

2004 Dodge Durango limited. Turn signals are not working properly. They have an irregular flash pattern. All the bulbs are working. Any ideas? Where is the flasher relay located?

There is no flasher relay on your vehicle. Turn signals are selected by the multifunction switch (left side of the steering column), but the lights are operated by 'drivers' in the front control module. This unit is in the left front part of the engine compartment, below the power distribution panel. But you cannot change just the 'drivers', if bad, the whole module needs to be replaced.

2001 Dodge Ram Headlights won't work, flashers stay on always, all other lights work

Problem should be in the multifunction turn signal assymbly. It controls the headlights, and flasher.

Turn signal problem. Are there two flashers or one?

There is one Combination Flasher that controls the turn signal system and the hazard warning system. It is located under the instrument panel between the steering with and fuse block.

Turn signal and flashers not working fuse is ok

Without seeing the vehicle to diagnose it I would guess there is a good chance it will be a bad multifunction ( directional) switch. Try turning the flashers on and off rapidly & wiggle it and the directional lever around & see if you can get it working again, even momentarily. If yes, replace it.
Good luck !

check fuse 16 in the fuse panel inside the vehicle...if that fuse has power then likely it is the multifunction switch thats bad or the combination flasher
