There is a relay , no cutout relay . Plus a blower motor resistor . Do you want to see a wiring diagram ? Free athttp://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html .At this web page enter your vehicle info then click on HVAC . Under sub system HVAC controls will pop up . Click on search , three blue links will pop up . Click on the center blue link . It shows fuse's relay , motor ,control module and the resistor . There are a few good videos on youtube for trouble shooting the blower electrical circuit .

That information is in the owners manual under "Roadside Emergencies" Below is a link to the owners manual at the Ford Fleet site, it is a free PDF. The provided manual is for a 2005 but all info is the same. The 2004 is not available anymore. http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/catalog/owner_guides/05winog3e.pdf

o2sensors are located in the exhaust system.you have 4 o2sensors on your car.so you need to know which sensor your looking for.bank 1 sensor 1 is the first sensor in the exhaust pipe on the side cylinder 1 is on.bank 2 is on the side cylinder 2 is on.then you have a sensor before the catalytic convertor and one after the convertor.

My ford freestar 2004 wont start it is nit getting fuel changed the fuel pump and still fuel wont go thru

Change the fuel filter and check two items.
1. Check to see if your fuel pump relay is good, you can do this by swapping say the a/c relay for it and the fuel pump for the a/c. If ac doesn't work but the van will run then you need to replace the relay.
2. in the event of a crash, you have what is called a emergency fuel cut-off switch which is usually located in the kick panel on the drivers side. Make sure it hasn't been tripped or better yet gone bad.
