Misfire , have checked for codes . Probably has a P0300 random misfire or a cylinder specific code depending on how many cylinder engine your's is . P0301 to P0308 . Check by spraying water on at night and watch the light show . Probably plug wires .

My 1998 gmc jimmy won't start every time it 's out in rainy conditions

Clean and retighten the connections at battery and starter. Make sure the battery ground is good.
Sounds like a connection losing contact when it's wet.

My jimmy will start and idle just fine however when I start to drive it,it sputters and spits then stalls out. when I restart it I have to floor it to get it to start again. if I rev it to about 6-8000...

i would suggest changing the fuel filter if this does't work check the fuel pressure. and get a mechanic to check the ecu fault codes. as this could be caused by a electronic fault.

94 jimmy will run then starts spitting and sputtering. Have changed fuel filter and can hear fuel pump run

start at the distributor and look inside at the posts. if they look wet or damp then spray it down with WD-40. it displaces water. if the posts look dirty or corroded then you need a new cap and rotor.
plugs may need changed and wires may need changed. another possibility is a coil may be giving you problems. but the worst case may be that a injector may be bad. do the simple things first then proceed to the injector checks. you will have to take it to a shop for that.

Anti lock light on-runs rough

I would suggest you take the vehicle to your local Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts and have the diagnostic codes pulled. Reply back to this solution and we can go from there.

I would guess per your description, and this is only a guess until you have the codes pulled, you may have a secondary ignition system problem. If the spark plug wires, spark plugs and module / coil pack are old or original, when they get wet the ignition spark "leaks" to ground and causes the stumble or miss. The ABS light will come on because of the miss because it is disabling traction control.
Let me know what you find.

2006 pontiac Grand Prix stalls in wet weather

A cause for that would be an oxygen sensor getting wet, the one on the inlet side of the catalytic converter.
