1993 ford van E 150 will crank over but not start. has compreseion and fuel and spark and timing is on. What else could be issue

Pull a plug wire, stick a screw driver in the plug wire socket and hold the metal shaft of the screw driver about 1/8 inch from the block. Get someone to turn the ignition key to start and while it is cranking see if you get a spark. If not, look under the front of the truck and locate the "crank trigger" located on the front of the block and going to the area of the crank ballancer. If it looks dirty, the get some contact cleaner and squirt it good and use a tooth brush to clean the trigger and surrounding area of the ballancer where the trigger makes contact, then try starting again.

How do I pull the harmonic ballancer and replace it on a 1999 olds alero?

You would need to use a puller. Looks like a chicken foot on steroids.

The car jutters when driving over 60km/hr

Posible problems , listed from cheapest to most expensive.

Tires out of ballance
Broken chord in a tire
Bent rim
Loose ( worn ) tie rod ends
Bent axle
Wheel bearings ( but not likely)

If you have the tools , and a good safe flat driveway , jack up 1 corner of the car , spin the tire by hand and watch if it spins true , or wobles. while your at it , firmly grab the tire , and try to wiggle it side to side , in and out , back and forth. Repeat process for each wheel. If everything seems ok , I would think about getting tires ballanced. Probly about $ 12 each.
General observation is that if you feel the shake in the steering wheel , front tires are the problem , If you feel it on your bottom , rear tires. Good luck with that.
If you want to skip the whole jacking up the car proceedure , go directly to the wheel ballancing , and ask the mechanic to keep an eye out for "wheel out of true" while they spin on the ballancer.

Removing harmonic balancer on 96 regal 3.8

YES YOU DO HAVE TO HAVE A SPECIAL ADAPTER FOR THE NORMAL BALLANCER PULLER. NAPA HAS THE TOOL AND THE # IS BK700-2461. ONCE AGAIN THE ADAPTER IS USED WITH THE BALLANCER PULLER YOU ALREADY HAD. YOU HAVE TO SCREW THE EXTENSIONS INTO THE BALLANCER AND INSERT ANOTHER EXTENSION INTO THE CRANKSHAFT TO GET THE OLD ONE OFF. WHY G.M. DID THAT TO US IS STILL A MYSTERY.
