Question about 2000 Jeep Wrangler
No TCM ,means its a hyrdamatic box. (old skool. old ways)
it has no vacuum modulator, if you read the free FSM posted here 300 times you'd see there is none.
is uses a governor. to shift. and TV cable to delay shifts.
there is no magic limphome here.
here is the free book again 301th time.
see chapter 21, trans. TJ 2000 jeep
see choices? 30/32RH
the 2 boxes match your unstated engine.

It's in limp home mode. You'll have to check wire connections and electronic controls. If it has a vacuum modulator you can remove it and look for trans fluid on the vacuum hose side (meaning ruptured diaphram). Double check the parts you replaced as well, especially if they were used parts. My dad went through three speed sensors in one year on his Caravan. You should drop the pan after checking other components. It could be a bad relay, shorted module or wire. The three speed transmissions are much more reliable than the four speed overdrive transmissions but with age and miles things can go wrong and parts will wear out.

what year is vehicle please ?? as people often put it in wrong catagory ,if its mazada 2007 then its dealer only as a computer controls it all and the software is factory encrypted to stop general garages from repairing it .But check for a vacumn pipe loose under bonnet ,thin rubber pìpe from inlet manifold to gearbor or a diaphram switch,

Ratio codes generally indicate a pressure loss & slipping which the computer reads as a gear ratio problem. Likely you need a rebuild.
