2003 escape 2.0l no start. Will run with starter fluid. No power at fuel pump.

There are two relays you need to check out, also, check the fuses. Fords also, usually, have an inertia switch you can check. Your owners manual should give you the location.

Will the inertia switch trip fuel pump fuse? I am trying to get my car to the bodyshop after having a shock break through rust, everytime I go over a bump the fuel pump fuse trips.

No I have never seen that in 25 years of being a Ford dealer technician. You have a shorted fuel pump is what causes this to happen.

Cant start my 2003 ford escape after driving away from the accident where it had been flipped onto its passenger side then flipped back onto its wheels parked it and now wont start again

Ford has a inertia switch that cuts power to the fuel pump during an accident. Check your owners manual for the location of this switch.

I have a 2003 Ford Ranger and just replaced inertia switch & relay and it still wont start. where is the fuse under the hood to do with the fuel?

Check the wire at the inertia switch with a test light,If there is not voltage check fuse #23 a 20amp fuse in the battery junction box located in the left rear of the engine compartment. If there is power at the inertia switch this is the last step before the fuel pump so suspect a bad pump or broken wire:)
