I have a fiat palio 1.2 mpi 2000 model at 1st it started shacking when I accelerate and after a funny sound comes from the front left wheel, what seems to be a problem

Check your break calipers. They might be locking up. Do you notice any smoke while you get to a stop from the front tires when you after you cost for a while? You might want to bleed your breaks, Just giving ideas. Hopefully that helps.
its marked on the coil
and on the valve cover
its a wasted spark system.
the coil is marked (if not sub coil)

1 goes to 1 front cylinder spark.
2 goes to 2.
3 to 3
4 to 4 rear spark.
the ecu knows the order but the wires MUST be right.
#1 spark is closest to front engine pulley, (belt side)
#4 is rear.
Almost certain you have set the timing belt wrong ,these cars will not hit the valves on the pistons so your safe their but the timing mark for the is a slot that aligns with the side of the head ,so TDC and the slot on the cam gear wheel is to the left level with the head .
