I don't think there is a separate fuse for your license plate...
If your car is a USA market vehicle...
Go to the BBB Industries site (registration required)...
You will find FREE drawing and technical service bulletins.
I it is ONLY the license plate light that is out...
You will need to first try a newer (known working) bulb...
Then trace your power back to it's source.
Most likely a single light failure... after trying the NEW BULB ROUTINE... is a SOCKET or GROUND issue.
