Trying to get a fuel filter out of my 1998 Olds Cutlass 3.1 V-6. How? I have tried every tool on my garage to grab ahold of it. What do i need to use? I have already depressured it

your filter should have one side that uses two wrenches and the second side that has a white plastic retainer known as a quick disconnect pinch the two tabs and pull the line back. the tabs stay on the filter not the line.

Trying to release parking brake cable so i can remove rear drums

grap ahold of the cable where the inner cable is exposed and pull hard on it. Sometimes this will help if it's binding up. You may have a rusty lip on the outer part of the brake drums, and that's why they won't come off. In bad cases of this, I have cut the drums off with a small grinder and replaced them.

Driver door won't open from inside or out. All

most of the time when this happens you have something wrong with the door latch instide the door... the peice the hooks the post .
you will need to go inside the car with a thin rod bend the end into a sharp S shape try to get ahold of the green plastic clip and push or pull depending on the latch type... once you get the door open you will have to replace the latch unless the rods on the inside have just come loose, or most of the time the lock part to the latch is broken and you will have to get ahold of the lock part with your rod you made to get it to unlock... hope this helps you a bit.
