So I strip my headbolt out, and I was thinking about tapping dying, I need to know what tap I should use what size it,

When you go to buy the helicoil insert, there will be one for the size that you stripped out, just take a plug with you to make sure you get the right size by comparing. The insert tells you what size tap to use, some come in a kit with the tap and helicoil.

I'm trying to find out what size bolts are needed to fasten down the reservoir

Look at the bolt holes, are they tapped/have threads? If so, you could get a tap and die set, find the proper size tap to chase the threads. You might be able to use slightly larger tap and rethread the hole. The tap usually has the size and thread stamped on it. If that is a self tapping screw that holds it, You could get a self tapping screw slightly bigger than the hole and screw it in.
Of course I can see anything from here. Your talking about coolant reservoir?

Engine oil capacity

What is the question? Engine oil capacity isn't a question.
Who knows what you are talking about when you post something like that? Oil capacity can range from teaspoons to gallons.
When you post be specific and clear with the question because we don't read minds or know what you are talking about unless you convey that in your question.
Are you talking about a Boeing 747 Airplane, motorcycle, moped, car, truck, space shuttle, air boat,etc... year, model, make, engine size, type of oil you want use or type recommended for your application?

How do i know what size heli coil i need on my 4.6 e150 or how can i measure the size to know?

The best way is to measure a bolt of the same size and pitch as was fitted in that threaded hole. The specs are the same for both eg M10 x 1.5 or whatever. Then you can take this info, or better, the bolt itself, along and buy a helicoil kit to suit.

If it is for a spark plug hole, they will know immediately on seeing one of your spark plugs (there are 2 main sizes). It is probably also on the back of the kit packet.

The other way is to drill and tap out the hole for a larger size screw or bolt than you had to begin with. Generally you would use a tap drill for the next larger standard size thread.

Crankshaft pulley bolt worked its way out of end of crankshaft. Car still ran but no oil pressure. Is it possible that it was stripped when oil pump was replaced or is it more likely it was not torqued...

Either or are possible. This should be done professionally but if u want to check the threads, Get the exact bolt size including thread size (specs should be on new part, get from OEM) Try hand threading it into the crank (GENTLY) use a ratchet to feel for a stripped thread. You can do the same with a tap from a tap & die set. If is well, use threadlock on the new hardware threads. DONT FORCE IT, IF IT'S NOT STRIPPED TOURQUE TO SPEC, IF IT'S STRIPPED IT'S STRIPPED. Good luck

Tap size

it is a special tap just for spark plug holes, any auto parts store will have one, it is double sided to fit both 5/8" and 13/16" plug size. very cheap to buy.
