Could be almost anything and so far your description isn't giving many clues, such as how does the vibration manifest; through the steering, the brake or seat of your trousers?

You should worry about it and maybe get it checked by an experienced person.

Great question. Well written. Easy to understand, (unlike many others we get) This is a pretty well laid out problem for a specific fixya expert with expertise on that model car. That may require a detailed answer. But you have come in as Anonymous person. I thing you would get a better response if you had a real name.
From my experience, I know I prefer to leave anonymous people unanswered.
Good Luck

When I apply my brakes it shimmy's real bad.

if the vibration only happens when you apply the brakes then you probably have warped rotors that need replacing. however if some front end components are in very bad condition it can also cause this type of condition as the front end will vibrate due to the excess play in the components.

94 jeep grand cherokee front end vibration

Many things will cause vibrations, especially on 4WD trucks. Causes include: worn ball joints, worn tie rod ends, bent wheels, tires out of balance/shifted belt in tire, worn steering dampener, worn u-joints, worn CV joints, engine problems such as engine misfire, a bad fuel injector clogged fuel filter or injectors, worn ignition parts, etc. I suggest you apply the service brake in gear and give it a lot of throttle (power-brake)to determine if the engine is running smoothly or if it runs rough. Also, with the hood up, you can see the shaking if it occurs. If rough, check everything over and repair as necessary. If smooth, start checking ALL other vehicle systems and repair as necessary.

Steering wheel vibrating really bad all the sudden

you have an issue with a front tire more than likely. or could be the front rotor. I would bet my last breath its' tire or break/rotor related. Maybe even a wheel bearing but it usually doesn't cause vibration in steering wheel.
