Depends on what year, make, model, engine size the car is, and what you replaced, and weather it starts and drives or not.
need every bit of detail you can write about the whole situation in order to give you an answer.

1990 Chevy s10 won't start, have replaced plugs, wires, timing chain, fuel pump, distributor, starting fluid nothing helps

Have you checked for a broken timing chain, that would be the next step. Make sure number one cylinder is up on compression stroke when the timing mark is on 0 degrees BTDC on the crank pulley. Pull the plug and feel the pressure as it nears TDC.

On the components, you might try a separate ground. See if that helps? Check the battery negative connections. I've seen this even on newer vehicle where instrument cluster or whatever would dim a little when you turn on headlamps. I think it's a ground issue? Just my opinion.
On any component that doesn't work, check voltage and ground, you could try a redundant ground.

42,300 miles and shifter will not move from parking. Car starts and everything is fine but for some reason I press the break and it does not release the shifter. Anyone have this problem ? i already...

Yes, I have a 08 Rogue and have the same problem. At the Nissan dealer as we speak. They say the solenoid and shifter mechanism is all one unit and has to be replaced. Cost $761.60 parts and labor. The more I here on this site I don't think it is one unit. It sounds like you can replace the solenoid only. Any more thoughts??

I just did a water pump and timing set on an a4, over heating problem, It also had a stumble at idle, the pump was bad letting the timing belt have a little slop, this caused the stumble. replaced everything and the car runs great. sounds like that is what you may need. I do recommend replacing everything because you only want to do this once, and not have to go back in because the part left in failed. lots of labor time
